We use high quality 100% cotton fabric that is soft to feel and comfortable to wear. Shrinkage if any will be within acceptable industry norms.

We use high quality ‘Direct-To-Garment’ Printing.

What are the washing instructions for Printvic Tees?

Hand wash your t-shirts. This increases the life of your t-shirt and we highly recommend it.
Do not iron the print.
Do not bleach or tumble dry.

All Printvic posters are digitally printed on high-quality matte-card paper.

Our posters come in two different sizes: A3 and A4.

Do you have framed posters?

Yes, we have both framed and unframed posters.

How are the posters packed and delivered?

Our posters are packed in high-quality, thick cardboard poster tubes and Framed Posters are bubble-wrapped and packed in thick corrugated cardboards.

Our mugs are made of ceramic as they are strong and brittle. .

We use 3D sublimation printing technology to print onto our mugs.

What is the standard Capacity of a Printvic Mug?

All Printvic Mugs come in a standard capacity of 11 ounces (330 ml).

The mugs are microwave and dishwasher-friendly.

Our Instamojo & PayU Money payment gateway accepts Indian credit cards (MasterCard/Visa), Amex Cards Issued in India, All Net Banking, All Debit Cards, Cash Cards & Mobile Payment as payment options.

Can I pay by cash when my order is delivered?

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery to most locations in India.

What payment methods do you accept for International orders?

For international orders, payments can be done using the Instamojo or PayU payment gateway.

What are the Shipping Charges?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery(COD)?

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery(COD) as one of the payment options only on selected products for orders across India. We charge a nominal Rs.100 as shipping charge for all COD orders.

How long will my order take to deliver?

All orders within India are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.

How should I check the status of my Order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation mail and we will notify you again via email with the Tracking ID once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the same. If you have any other query, write to us at, and your issue will be addressed.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, Printvic ships worldwide and we do accept International orders. However, there will be an International Shipping Charge depending upon your country of residence and overall weight of the order. Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address before making the payment. You can place the order on the website and use the Instamojo or PayU payment gateway. You may be required to pay customs charges (if any) when your order reaches your local customs office. Does Printvic have Gift Vouchers?

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift Card purchased online can only be redeemed on our online store.

If your order was not delivered we will always refund you or send a replacement. Please contact us to let us know that you have not received your order. We will offer a refund or replacement if the order was not delivered within 30 days

No custom fees will be incurred if the order is to be delivered in India.

Customers are responsible for paying any import fees, duties or tax if these apply. Our items are shipped from our warehouse in India so please be aware of this before placing your order. Please note, if packages are not collected and are subsequently returned to us, we will issue a 50% refund due to fees incurred from failed collection and return to sender shipping.

Next to every product in our online store, you’ll see an ‘Add To Wishlist’ button. This allows you to create a wishlist of your favourite Printvic products. You need to have created an online account and be logged in to add items to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist from the link at the top of the site or from within your account. Please note, that the items in your wishlist are not automatically added to your shopping bag. To purchase items in your wishlist, click the ‘Add to cart’ button next to the item.

Tracking information is usually available within 2-3 days of shipment and is sent automatically to the number and the e-mail address provided during order checkout.

The amazing thing about our DTG printed apparel is that the design will never fade, dull, crack, or peel. Our fabrics will last a lifetime of shenanigans, but to keep them in the best shape please follow the care instructions below:

1. Flip the garment inside out before washing.

2. Wash cold with like colors.

3. Hang dry or tumble dry low.

What information does Printvic store?

We respect your privacy. The only information we collect is your name, email, contact number and billing address. This information is just used for internal record keeping and we do not share it with any third party companies. Fully Filmy does not store any Credit/Debit card or bank account information. All this information is handled by Instamojo/ PayU Money which is our certified, secure online payment gateway partner. Read our Privacy policy to learn more.

Need a different size, design, or product? No problem! Just visit our Returns & Exchanges page to create a super-easy exchange request. You can exchange an order or specific item for any reason, just follow our guidelines below.

– Exchanged items must be unworn and in pristine condition.

– Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

– If you received a damaged/defective item and would like to exchange it, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you and pay for all shipping fees.

We do try to expedite any exchange orders since we know how lame waiting on orders can be. We do our best to get them out right as they are finished, but it could take around 6-9 days like a normal order if we’re super swamped.
