All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 3 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@printvic.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.



Our policy lasts 3 days.  If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



We are happy to make a change to your order within 1 hours of your order date. After that time your order will go into production so we can get it shipped out on time. Order changes or cancellations after 1 hrs will require a 150 fee per item.



  1. Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Printvic.com. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Wrong Size – Since each and every product is custom made as per the order, it is not possible for us to exchange it. We suggest you check our Sizing Guide which is available on all product pages before placing an order next time.

Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.

  • Product damaged when received
  • Product is defective in any way
  • If your address falls in the list of serviceable PIN codes (ie, for this particular service), we can definitely arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.

Please send us images of the product at contact@printvic.com and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will reimburse you in the form of a Printvic.com Wallet Credits can be used in next purchase.

Cancellation Policy:​

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we process the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Cancellation by Printvic.com – Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Debit Card/ Bank/ PrintVic Wallet instantly.
